Jen Wright, CPA
Owner of Wright CPA PLLC (formerly Jen Deal CPA PLLC)
I have helped small businesses with accounting and taxes since 1998. I earned my master’s degree in taxation from the University of Central Florida. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and Florida.
Holly Lewis
Bookkeeper & Tax Preparer
I am a mom to two teenage boys. We have been homeschooling since 2011, so it is a huge answer to our prayer to have the opportunity to work part-time for Jen. I have been with the firm since Jen opened the office in downtown Nashville in February 2019. I started off as Jen’s assistant, doing everything from administrative duties to tax preparation. Now, I handle bookkeeping for several clients and help with tax preparation.
Julie Armel
CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
I am an accountant.  I spend my work time reviewing bookkeeping clients’ records and reconciliations.  I have been with the firm since January 2022.  When I am not working, I homeschools my three boys and help run a local homeschooling community.  I also serve as the official taxi driver for my sons to and from the ball fields and theatre rehearsals.  I also love to read. 
Colleen Alford
Personal Assistant
I am Jen’s personal assistant. I do a lot of the firm’s administrative work such as answering phone calls and emails, mailing packages, filing client paperwork, offering notary services, and generally trying to keep the day-to-day running smoothly. I also work on big projects like data entry for clients and prepping for the next tax season. I have been working at the firm since March 2022. I enjoy the opportunity to communicate with our clients, assist with efficiency, and provide a positive experience when working with the firm. I am a wife and mother of three small children. I have one little boy and two little girls. When I am not working, I enjoy time with my family.
Hannah Bass
Accountant & Tax Preparer
I am an accountant who performs bookkeeping, tax-preparation, and other projects for the firm. I have been a Nashville resident my whole life and have been blessed with the opportunity to work here since May 2024, the same year I graduated with my bachelor's in accounting. When I'm not in the office managing our clients' books on the computer, I'm usually out at the barn managing my goats and horses at home.
Althea Richardson
Bookkeeper & Tax Preparer
I am a versatile operations and administrative leader with over two decades of experience driving efficiency, from high-level Executive Assistance to managing corporate systems and procurement. Now leveraging a strong operational background to provide top-tier financial support with the Wright CPA team, since July 2025. A bachelor's degree in information technology. Beyond my professional life, I value the balance of a rich family life. I love to travel, spend quality time with my family, and crocheting.
