★ ACCOUNTING AND TAX ADVISORY FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

For small businesses we offer consultations with Jen Wright, CPA. This consultation is ideal for new business owners who want to understand how their business will be treated for income tax purposes and what their tax filing obligations are (such as income taxes, sales taxes, property taxes, payroll taxes and information returns.) We can also discuss record-keeping, what's deductible for income tax purposes, and other tax saving options such as health insurance and retirement plans. This consultation is also great for existing businesses who want to hire employees for the first time. We'll help you get registered in all the right places.

Tax

INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX RETURNS

Individual tax return preparation includes preparation of your state and federal return.

ENTITY INCOME TAX RETURNS

Corporation and Partnership tax returns includes up to 7 hours of tax preparation. Additional preparation is $150 per hour.

Bookkeeping

AFTER THE FACT BOOKKEEPING

After-the-fact bookkeeping generally includes categorizing and coding transactions from downloaded bank transactions into bookkeeping software, bank account and credit card account reconciliation, recording journal entries where necessary, as well as recording asset purchases and loan interest. Services also include monthly preparation of financial statements for internal use only using modified cash basis of accounting omitting all disclosures (no assurance provided).

ACTIVE BOOKKEEPING

Active Bookkeeping Services which generally includes after-the-fact bookkeeping services plus some or all of the following: creating invoices, processing payroll/taxes/forms, entering bills, printing checks, collection of information for (a) Forms 1099, (b) business property listing, (c) use taxes, and preparation of sales tax returns and information returns (Forms 1099) (filing fees additional).
